Creating Community


CoMetta is a new initiative to reconnect, depolarize, and revitalize communities. It is being incubated in Greensboro.

Combining inspiring spaces and creative programming, CoMetta hosts structured conversations to cultivate broader connection, deeper understanding, and more active collaboration across the wider community.

CoMetta facilitates leadership development and innovation engagements to help build a thriving community.

Lyndon Rego is the chief catalyst for CoMetta. He formerly led innovation at the Center for Creative Leadership and founded the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership at the African Leadership University, a pan-African educational startup named among the 50 most innovative organizations by Fast Company in 2019.
